Service Area: We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all e-bike orders.

Note: Delivery times may be longer in remote areas (e.g., the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland), and additional shipping fees may apply to outlying islands.
2. Warehouse & Processing Time

Local Dispatch: All in-stock e-bikes are dispatched directly from our UK-based warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our couriers within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery window is:

E-Bikes: 2-5 Business Days.

Accessories: 7–15 Business Days (some accessories may ship from our central distribution center).
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your e-bike leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Process & Safety

Courier Service: We partner with reliable heavy-goods couriers (such as DPD, FedEx, UPS, or specialized logistics providers) to ensure your e-bike is handled with care.

Signature Required: Due to the high value of our products, a signature is required upon delivery. We recommend having someone available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Box Condition: Our e-bikes are shipped 85%-95% pre-assembled in heavy-duty reinforced cartons.
6. Important Shipping Notes

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping fees.

Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives with visible damage, please take photos of the box before opening it and contact our support team immediately at burchdacouk@gmail.com.
